“We had a great experience with Tone! It was just the two of us with him and we are happy we did it because we wouldn’t have gone to some of these places otherwise. Nice to also get a history lesson of places we passed by as well.”

“This tour was cancelled a few hours before it was supposed to beginn. The tour guide contacted me through what's up and promised to issue a refund but this didn't happen. A few weeks later I contacted customer service and was told the tour was never reported as cancelled by the guide so they could not believe me or help me. By insisting through several messages the tour guide finally send me the money back through PayPal. I cannot believe I had to spend so much time and patience to get a simple refund. I now do not consider Viator a serious company to book tours.”
